David Jones - Fitting Room Development & Execution

Across the David Jones store network, a variety of fitting room designs have been implemented; however, none fully met the needs of either customers or staff. Our team set out to resolve ongoing operational and durability challenges while enhancing the overall customer experience. We developed a brief focused on creating a flexible environment for merchandise display and customer dwell, while enabling integrated services and utilising modular, highly functional fitting rooms.
