David Jones - Store of the Future

As a concept store design team, we were
tasked with developing a “store of the future”
concept for David Jones, incorporating
strategic planning to support the future
development of stores across the broader fleet.
We were to consider all elements within David
Jones store design; customer journeys, physical
spaces (ie fitting rooms etc), digital expression,
masterbrand, ommichannel connections and
sensory experiences.
