Fish Pier - The Glen

Fish Pier is a Victorian-based seafood retailer with multiple locations, founded over 20 years ago by Albert Lau. The client sought a traditional, clean, and understated aesthetic for the retail space.

Key design considerations included a fully waterproof back-of-house area that was easy to maintain and compliant with all relevant regulations. Refrigerated display units were designed to be clear and unobtrusive, with effective drainage and sufficient ventilation to consistently maintain optimal cold temperatures.
